My clients include prominent names in media, technology, philanthropy, law, consulting, banking, international development, environmental advocacy, social marketing, and other sectors. I've been coaching for ten years. My earlier professional background was in diplomacy, law and business. I've written two books as well as numerous articles on leadership and career development. I speak Spanish and Chinese.

I have a J.D./M.B.A. from Stanford and a B.A. from Harvard. Prior to college, I attended public schools. I currently live in New York City.
